Initial Consultation

After you submit an inquiry, I schedule a call to learn about your trip, travel style, and preferences. We can brainstorm destinations if you’re still deciding.

Proposal Development

I send an invoice for planning fees and then curate your proposal, with most turned around in 3–5 business days depending on complexity and season.

Itinerary Confirmation

Once approved, I confirm the major components of your itinerary with a deposit payment. I’ll flag payment schedules, cancellation policies, and recommend insurance coverage. I then layer on additional concierge services as needed.

04

Before, During and Post Travel

You receive a complete digital itinerary in your own mobile app. You’ll have access to me and local partners while traveling. Post-trip, I capture feedback to apply to future travels.

What is the benefit of booking with you over Amex/Chase?
These offer similar perks, but don’t give you first-hand knowledge, direct relationships, or real-time support. Hotels prioritize advisor bookings for upgrades because we're recurring business. If and when something goes wrong, you have a direct line to the GM, not a 1-800 number.
Do I still earn my credit card points?
Yes, every time. I book everything on your card so the points and miles hit your account — I just attach myself as your agent of record on the back end so the hotel knows I'm involved. The only thing I can't do is redeem points on your behalf.
Do you get better rates than if I book myself?
Sometimes yes — I have access to negotiated rates and amenity packages. The bigger value is time saved and stress avoided, plus the perks (upgrades, credits, breakfast, VIP recognition) that don’t show up on a public rate.
I love planning — how can I be involved in the process?
This process is collaborative, but I work best when clients give me a clear upfront brief and then trust my guidance and expertise. I always bake in multiple revisions so everything can be fully customized to your preferences.
Why do you provide bundled rates?
For full-service itinerary creation, I plan trips holistically across accommodations, transport, activities, and support. Bundling lets me leverage partner relationships that have negotiated rates and access to premium services. This delivers better overall value than the sum of individual pieces.
What if something changes or goes wrong?
I default to refundable bookings and I'll never lock in anything non-refundable without you signing off in writing first. I always recommend travel insurance for non-refundable trip costs. Lastly, I have local on-the-ground partners who can jump in quickly to provide 24/7 support while you’re traveling.
